He has extensive sales and pre-sales experience with technical products and has established sales partners globally for products he handled. His areas of expertise include CRM, ERP, IT infrastructure, IT security, Cloud, AI, Salesforce, RPA, GRC, Testing, Core Banking, ERP, CRM, and Travel & Immigration. Murali is also a Gallup Strength Finder Coach. He is Sales-certified with TAS (Target Account Selling), ITIL-certified, ROGEN (presentation skills) certified and Toastmaster trained.

Murali is a regular speaker and speaks at industry forums like Cloud Security Alliance and CIO/CISO Round Tables. He is also a Level 2 cricket coach from NSW, Australia. He has worked for organizations like Google, Persistent Systems, Cognizant, Computer Associates, Singapore Technologies, HP(erstwhile Digital), eGain and Polaris.
